1. El juego1. The game

Velundra Online es un MMORPG gratis que se juega en el navegador. Lo hace una sola persona, por hobby, junto a quienes se suman a colaborar. Está en desarrollo: el contenido cambia seguido, durante las pruebas el progreso se puede reiniciar, y el servidor puede estar caído o cerrar algún día.Velundra Online is a free MMORPG you play in your browser. It is made by a single person, as a hobby, together with whoever joins in to help. It is in development: content changes often, progress may be reset during testing, and the server may be down or close some day.

2. Tu cuenta2. Your account

• Para jugar creás una cuenta con tu mail y una contraseña. Es personal: no la compartas.To play you create an account with your email and a password. It is personal: do not share it.
• Si tenés menos de 13 años, necesitás permiso de tus padres o de quien te cuida.If you are under 13, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Los personajes, el oro y los objetos del juego no son dinero ni se pueden cambiar por dinero.Characters, gold and in-game items are not money and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que haga trampa o que no respete la convivencia.We may suspend or close an account that cheats or does not follow the rules of conduct.

3. Convivencia3. Conduct

• Respeto: nada de insultos, acoso, discriminación ni discursos de odio, en el juego ni en el Discord.Respect: no insults, harassment, discrimination or hate speech, in the game or on Discord.
• Sin trampas: nada de bots, programas que jueguen por vos ni aprovechar errores a propósito. Si encontrás uno, contalo en el canal #bugs del Discord.No cheating: no bots, programs that play for you or exploiting bugs on purpose. If you find one, report it in the #bugs channel on Discord.
• Sin spam, publicidad ni contenido para adultos en el chat.No spam, ads or adult content in the chat.

4. Colaboraciones4. Contributions

Si querés que algo tuyo entre al juego (modelos, texturas, animaciones, arte, música, sonido o código), antes aceptás este acuerdo. En el Discord está fijado en #introductions: se acepta respondiendo «Acepto» con el nombre que querés en los créditos. Nadie necesita acceso al código del juego: lo que entregás lo integramos nosotros.If you want something of yours in the game (models, textures, animations, art, music, sound or code), you first accept this agreement. On Discord it is pinned in #introductions: you accept by replying "I agree" with the name you want in the credits. No one needs access to the game's code: we integrate what you deliver.

1. Le das a Velundra permiso para usar, modificar y distribuir lo que entregues, en el juego y en su promoción, gratis, para siempre y en todo el mundo, aunque algún día el juego genere ingresos.You give Velundra permission to use, modify and distribute what you deliver, in the game and in its promotion, free of charge, forever and worldwide, even if the game earns money some day.
2. La obra sigue siendo tuya: la podés mostrar en tu portfolio y usar en otros proyectos (este permiso no es exclusivo).The work stays yours: you can show it in your portfolio and use it in other projects (this permission is not exclusive).
3. Confirmás que es trabajo propio, sin modelos, texturas, música ni código de otros que no tengas permiso de usar.You confirm it is your own work, with no models, textures, music or code by others that you are not allowed to use.
4. Lo que ya está en el juego puede quedarse aunque después dejes de colaborar.What is already in the game may stay even if you stop contributing later.
5. Aparecés en los créditos del juego y de esta página.You appear in the credits of the game and of this website.

Es a voluntad: no hay sueldo.It is volunteer work: there is no pay.

5. Privacidad5. Privacy

Guardamos lo mínimo para que el juego funcione:We keep the minimum the game needs to work:

• Tu cuenta: el mail y la contraseña, que se guarda cifrada (nadie la puede leer, ni nosotros).Your account: your email and your password, which is stored encrypted (no one can read it, not even us).
• Tus personajes: nombre, clase, nivel, oro, objetos y misiones. El nombre, la clase, el nivel y la experiencia se ven en el ranking mundial.Your characters: name, class, level, gold, items and quests. Name, class, level and experience show in the world ranking.
• Tu país: lo calculamos una sola vez desde la dirección con la que entrás, en nuestro propio servidor, para mostrar su bandera en el ranking. No guardamos la dirección ni se la mandamos a nadie.Your country: worked out once from the address you sign in from, on our own server, to show its flag in the ranking. We do not keep the address or send it to anyone.
• En tu navegador: el idioma, las opciones, las teclas y el último personaje que jugaste, para que no tengas que elegirlos cada vez.In your browser: your language, options, keys and the last character you played, so you do not have to pick them every time.

El chat no se guarda. No hay publicidad ni programas que sigan lo que hacés, y no vendemos ni compartimos tus datos. Para funcionar usamos estos servicios: Supabase (cuentas y partidas guardadas), Vercel (la página), Fly.io (el servidor del juego) y Google Fonts (las letras de la página). Si entrás al Discord, también rigen las reglas de Discord.The chat is not stored. There are no ads or trackers, and we do not sell or share your data. If you join the Discord, Discord's own rules apply too.

Tus personajes los podés borrar desde el juego. Si querés borrar la cuenta entera, pedilo por Discord y la borramos con todo lo que tiene.You can delete your characters from the game. If you want your whole account deleted, ask on Discord and we will delete it with everything in it.

6. Sin garantías6. No warranty

Velundra se ofrece tal como está, sin garantías. Hacemos lo posible para que funcione bien, pero no respondemos por cortes, errores ni por progreso, oro u objetos que se pierdan.Velundra is offered as is, with no warranty. We do our best to keep it working, but we are not responsible for outages, bugs, or lost progress, gold or items.

7. Cambios7. Changes

Estos términos pueden cambiar. Si cambia algo importante, lo avisamos en el canal #news del Discord y cambiamos la fecha de arriba.These terms may change. If something important changes, we will announce it in the #news channel on Discord and update the date above.
